Travis considers himself a product of old Hollywood, mentored by the late Conrad Brooks who was himself mentored by the classic movie icon Bela Lugosi and 1950's sci-fi filmmaker Ed Wood.

His work includes the new film Midnight Massacre starring sci-fi icon Linda Harrison who starred in the Planet of the Apes franchise, Susie Feldman (The Two Coreys), Byron Cherry (star of Dukes of Hazzard), and the final film of Don Pedro Colley (George Lucas's THX 1138). He has worked with many actors from the Star Wars movie franchise including Peter Mayhew, David Prowse, Michael Sheard, and Eric Walker. He is also an actor and director of The Girl movie franchise starring Playboy model Lisa Neeld.
